Aging:
18 months in new 225 liter barrels and aging on lees. Minimum of two years of aging in the bottle.
Elaboration:
Grapes from micro plots and hand-picked in fractional harvests. Use of native yeasts with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Production limited to a single barrel per year, 285 bottles.
